Constructions A collection of doors with a combined coating: matte smooth enamel and veneer. The joint between these parts is due to milling with a width of 5.5 mm. The milling is also painted. The canvas without a quarter, thickness 40 mm. It can be with an aluminum end around the perimeter of the canvas or without it. The door leaf frame is made of a jointed pine beam. Stiffening elements increase the strength of the structure. Filling the canvas: MDF ribs or hollow chipboard. The frame together with the filling is glued on both sides with moisture-resistant HDF boards. Due to the use of these materials, problems such as swelling, cracking, drying out and other deformations of the door elements are EXCLUDED. The canvas can be installed both in the version with opening hinges - on wooden and hidden boxes, and on sliding or ROTO systems. It is also possible to open "INSIDE" - inside the door (the canvas in this case will be a quarter). Coating: All models can be painted according to the RAL or NCS palette. Furniture: - 2-4 hidden loops (Italy); - magnetic lock (Italy). All fittings are mounted at the factory. Door unit size: The maximum height of the canvas is 3000 mm. Additional options: - non-standard size; - installation on a hidden box; - opening inward; - sliding system, roto system.
