The joint between these parts is made by milling with a width of 5.5 mm. The milling is also painted. The door leaf without a groove has a thickness of 40 mm, and the door leaf with a groove has a thickness of 52 mm. The door leaf frame is made of laminated pine wood. The strength of the structure is ensured by stiffening ribs. Door leaf filling: MDF ribs or hollow chipboard panels. The frame, together with the filling, is covered on both sides with moisture-resistant HDF boards. Due to the use of these materials, problems such as swelling, cracking, drying out and other deformations of the door elements are EXCLUDED. The door leaf can be mounted both in the pivoting opening version, and on sliding, axial (folding) or ROTO systems. It is also possible to open "INSIDE" - inside the door opening (in this case, the leaf will be grooved). Finish: All models can be painted according to RAL or NCS palettes. Hardware: - 2-4 hidden hinges (Italy); - Magnetic lock (Italy). All hardware is mounted at the factory.
